Investment opportunity
For a limited time we are offering opportunities to co-invest in the Selva Santa Fe project. We are offering 5% stakes in the company that owns the land is will be doing the development. Only 4 participations are left. Their value is $50.000,– each.
That means you own 5% of a 99.5 hectare (246 acre) property and the improvements we plan to make. That boils down to paying just $ 1 per m2 (10 cts. per sq. ft). When all the roads and trails are finished, electricity is provided, we are confident the land value will jump to at least $ 4 per m2 (30 ct.s per sq. ft.). That’s a 400% return in less than 2 years. But as we start marketing our project and get our first buyers, over time the m2 cost will rise to $ 7/m2 in the final stage. We expect the average m2 price to end up around $ 5.9 /m2 (59 ct.s per sq. ft), possibly more.
Of course there will be development cost which we have budgetted at 15% of the value of the development when the $/m2 price is $ 3/m2. That still leaves you a very nice return.
